Our comment:
We would very much like to thank Sebastian for this update and the detailed insight into the consultation process and progress that it provides. I think that everyone interested in the reburial issue should find this to be of interest and welcome the open and forthright approach taken, and respect shown by communicating with us proactively in this way.

The British Druid Association
It has long been a frustration for those following the way of truth that there is no single group to which EVERY Druid, Bard , Ovate, and those uninitiated who love our land and follow its old customs and ceremonies can all join, regardless of their Grove Coven or Order or if they are solitary.
The British Druid Association aims to address this and to provide a natural home for all those within the Druid tradition.
It is stating that it is not competing with any existing group and will be steering as clear of inter group politics as it can in order to be a unifying force for good. It is early days but the founders hope that in time, if the organisation grows as expected, it will be able to offer grants to members to assist in Pagan initiatives that serve the public good, via a charity or trust.
It is also hoped that British Druid Association members, by signing up to a code of conduct, will establish a strong reputation for Druidry that will allow us to protect our future and play a greater role in our society without fear, hindrance or prejudice.
The British Druid Association web site is www.british-druids.com
Despite the name, the founders say that membership will be open also to those overseas.
